Customer orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving a successful payment.

Any customer whose order is found to be temporarily out of stock will be notified via email that their order has been placed on backorder. Backordered books will be shipped within 24hrs of the book becoming available at our warehouse. At which time you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt

Books must be returned using the return address label included in your shipment along with the customer PO number affixed to your invoice. Failure to include a customer PO number may delay the refund of your purchase. All books returned for a refund must be in perfect condition, exhibiting no wear. We retain the right to refuse a refund to any item that exhibits wear or has been returned after the 14 day grace period. Returns that are refused will be shipped back at the customers’ expense.

Purchases that are accepted for a refund will only be credited the purchase price of the book. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
